1. Website Ownership and Hosting Rights
- All websites designed, developed, and hosted by BOOSTmySALON remain the property of BOOSTmySALON. The website files, databases, and any associated assets created by us are managed exclusively by BOOSTmySALON
- We retain full control over the hosting and server environment for each website. Under no circumstances will we provide website files for transfer to external hosting providers. Clients who require hosting from alternative providers will need to create a new website independent of BOOSTmySALON.
2. Administrator Access
- To maintain the integrity, security, and functionality of each website, administrator access to the backend of our WordPress websites will not be provided to clients. BOOSTmySALON will handle all administrative tasks, including updates, backups, and troubleshooting.
- Access permissions provided to clients will be limited to designated roles, such as Editor or Author, which enable content modifications without compromising the overall security and stability of the site.
3. Non-Payment Policy
- Timely payment of invoices is essential to ensure uninterrupted service. Failure to remit payment within 30 days of the due date may result in the temporary suspension of your website, including the possibility of taking your site offline until payment is received.
- If service suspension occurs due to non-payment, clients will be notified in advance. Once payment is received and processed, services will be restored within 24 hours
4. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate services by providing written notice. However, in the event of termination, all website files and data will remain under the control of BOOSTmySALON and will not be transferred.
5. Limitation of Liability
- BOOSTmySALON shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or interruptions that occur as a result of website suspension due to non-payment, hosting issues, or third-party interference.
6. Modifications to Terms
- BOOSTmySALON reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any updates or changes to the terms, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
